Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We have tried our best to display our product details(color,pattern and texture) almost exact to the actual product.We have taken the pictures in natural light for the better understanding of the colour. Our team does a thorough check before dispatching the product to you.Please understand that Khadi is handwoven hence, the slight unevenness of the fabric or garment is natural.Do not consider it as a flaw.
Since Khadi is very delicate please be careful while trying out the garments. The Khadi Store holds the right to not accept any damaged product while returning by the customers.Do keep the tags and packaging intact while returning.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order please write to us within 24 hours at email@example.com . Your order will be cancelled and the entire money will be refunded within 4-5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
